The archives are accessible at http://www.kli.org/tlhIngan-Hol/ , but
the navigation isn't quite as it should be after a server
reconfiguration broke some things (including the original subscription
form). The "Current Month" link fails to redirect properly, and not
all of the year links are working. The search feature is completely
broken. The kli.org web site is slowly being reconstructed on a
different server, and the mailing list is likely to be among the last
things migrated.
