Have you seen a copy of the paq'batlh? Marc Okrand didn't write [most of] the English, but he is definitely responsible for the Klingon translation. The words "Translated by Marc Okrand" appear three times before the introduction.
Can you suggest any other work that might qualify as canonical Klingon narrative?
