AFAIK never used in a sentence.

{pIpoy} is a known {bang pong} (cf. KGT p.201).

A deviated spine is a genetic tendency in Klingon females. (VOY "Lineage")

"After being paralyzed from the waist down as the result of an accident, Worf at first felt his life had ended and decided to commit ritual suicide ({Heghbat})." (TKW 147)

Regulan bloodworms ({reghuluS 'Iwghargh}) are "soft and spineless" according to Korax. (TOS "The Trouble with Tribbles")
