As used in canon:

  'oy'qu' Qay'wI'wIj
my little toe aches a lot
(IDIOM: I'm extremely angry) (HQ 10.2)

HQ 10.2: the phonetic identity of {Qay'} "use the little toe" and {Qay'} "blow one's top, lose one's temper" is probably not accidental, as evidenced by the idiomatic expression {'oy'qu' Qay'wI'wIj}, literally "my little toe aches a lot", which means "I'm extremely angry."

  rav Qay'
touch the floor with the little toe. (HQ 10.2)

In TNG "Ethics") we saw that Worf had a large bump on the top of each foot {mov} near the little toe {Qay'wI'}. Was the {DaSpu'} (boot spike) originally to protect this part of the foot?

For reference, here are the "toe verbs" (and the children's verse that inspired them):

mar use the big toe
PUN: "This little piggy went to MARket"

Hom use the second toe
PUN: "This little piggy stayed HOME"

roS use the third toe
PUN: "This little piggy had ROAST beef"

nan use the fourth toe
PUN: "This little piggy had NONE"

Qay' use the little toe
PUN: "And this little piggy CRIED 'wee wee wee' all the way home"
