I don't know if y'all are aware of the situation with Toronto mayor
Rob Ford. Basically, city council performed the Rite of
Discommendation on him:

Due to his (mis)pronunciation, I only caught a few words, but I think
it's Bingon.
Maybe someone can do a proper translation of his speech (there are
English subtitles in the video) as an exercise.
