AFAIK never used in canon. (Anything in the paq'batlh?)
I've used {vuS} for "restrict". Note however how Okrand translates "limited edition" in Monopoly:
veymey puS neH chenmoHlu'pu'
Limited Edition. MKE
("Only a few sets[?] have been made.")
Similar words to the noun "limit":

Can anyone think of similar Klingon verbs?
