Reading {law'} here makes me uncomfortable with the singular object. This is a corner of Klingon grammar where my instincts fail me. I don't know whether counted/quantified inherent plurals still construe as singular. I'm pretty sure the question was posed to Marc Okrand, but I don't remember if he gave a clear answer.

I would have phrased the idea in a way that avoids the issue: {naDev law' cha}
