Although all meanings are obviously related, the word {pegh} can be used
in several meanings
1. n. "secret"
2. v. "keep s.th. secret"
3. v (adj.) "be secret"
So, to keep the secret secret secret, i.e. To keep secret (2) the secret
(1) which is secret (3) you say {pegh pegh pegh}
