Marc Okrand has a knack for seeming not to disagree, but not actually confirming something. I have enough context now to feel comfortable ignoring this particular phrase as an example to emulate.
If I were presented with the phrase in Klingon, I too would translate it into English that way. But I have less tact and more impudence than Marc does, so I would also point out that while the intended meaning is obvious, TKD does not support saying it that way.
