Note that the language is, properly, tlhIngan Hol, with no hyphen.
Don't get confused from the name of the list, which has a hyphen
just because spaces aren't kosher for email addresses.

A fascinating question.  I don't know that we have the data to say
for certain, but my guess would be that, since cursing is indeed an
art, each would carry different shades of meaning and would be
appropriate in different contexts.  I'm not convinced that, in
general, either would be 'worse'.

If you wanted to be nice and sarcastic, I suppose you could call
them taHqeqoy {{:-)
