Things should be back to the way they were a couple of weeks ago. I'm
told that a server software upgrade resulted in Something Bad, and the
machine's administrator had Real Life to deal with for a while. Once I
dug up his contact information and let him know the missing web site
was a problem, it wasn't long before things got mostly fixed.
If you're reading this, you already know that the email discussion
forum is running again.
