Ahh. As someone said, I would probably guess tattoos from that alone.

porgh, and then in subsequent sentences you can use a shorter form. Play it
as a game in English. You're on the phone with a non-native English speaker
who doesn't know the word. Tell them what a freckle is.
Just as you have to describe Trill spots or Klingon ridges in some detail to
someone who doesn't know the show, but once they get it you can use a single
word.
