I'm with Voragh - Degh seems more of a manufactured thing to me (the only e=
xamples I know of are to designed emblems: tlhIngan wo' Degh=2C tuq Degh)=
=2C and if I=0A=
heard it used in reference to skin I'd think of tattoos well before freckl=
es.

I'd be tempted to do something with Sar "be varied=2C be various": nguv DIr=
wIj 'ej Sar=2C perhaps. Leaving aside vitiligo and the weird-ass stuff that=
happened to Mahoun in nuq bop bom=2C I think freckles are the only common =
form of variegated pigmentation one might expect to find on (human) skin. O=
therwise=2C ghoHommey Hurgh might work. (As opposed to Hurgh ghoHommey=2C w=
hich belong on a hamburger.)
