AFAIK never used in a Klingon sentence.
The {chemvaH} emits a low growl when in heat. When Klingon women are ready to mate they make sounds like one of these while slinking around like a "Hellenian lynx." (PK)
Q-Riker created a provocatively-clad Klingon woman for Worf who behaved this way. (TNG "Hide and Q")
