It appears this phrase popped up on the interwebs at some point, and has si=
nce been copied both here and there. Much like "Urkuk lu stalga!"
It seems he answers questions in the article comments, so that may be a goo=
d way to reach him. Plus it makes it easier to correct him thoroughly and p=
olitely (which is sometimes a challenge in 140 characters).
By the way, how would most here translate it?

Okay, I sort of get how *{nay Jih'} (=3D *{nay jIH}) is "marry me", but
I can't for the life of me figure out where the rest comes from.
Maybe someone can contact the author and correct him
