We have {mu'tlhegh} for "sentence" and {vIttlhegh} for "proverb" as
well as types of the latter, {qa'meH vIttlhegh} and {peghmey
vIttlhegh}.
But do we have...
- a Klingon word for "idiom"?
- a Klingon word for "slang"?
- a Klingon phrase for "Empire Union Day"?
- an English translation of {QI'lop}?
- a Klingon word or phrase for "toast" (something you say when you
drink in a group)?
- English or Klingon expression for the kinds of things you say when
you reject a suitor (e.g., "I must wash my hair now")?
I ask because I've been asked to add a "Useful phrases" section (which
I've rendered as {mu'tlheghmey lI'}) to my app, and I need English and
Klingon names for each of the subcategories.
