AFAIK never used in a sentence.
Note {boQ} "aide" and {boQDu'} "aide-de-camp". Okrand wrote in re "nurse" (st.k 10/1998):
Voragh's suggestions ({Qel boQ} "doctor's aide,"
{HaqwI' boQ} "surgeon's aide") are fine and both
could be used."
