One of the most requested features on my Klingon app for Android is that it
should say the Klingon words/sentences. I'm investigating how I can make
this happen.
Does anyone have any experience with creating a Klingon TTS system? I
think Dragon Systems experimented with this at one point. Also, does
anyone have recordings of each of the sounds of Klingon which does *not*
come from a copyrighted or commercial source?
