I'm afraid I don't have the book in front of me, but the word is =ABpetqaD=
=BB, which is a medical instrument used to mend bones.
Fits the proper tlhIngan Hol template (unlike all the other new words in th=
e book).
Also =97 as Quvar pointed out to me =97 it contains a very okrandesque pun =
