Yes, I thought about a literal translation, but in the end rejected it, as there is no reason to assume that subtitles are universally used as text at the bottom. They could be at any position on the screen, or even detached from it or not even text. (They might be read aloud or represented on a braille line for example.)
If there is no accepted way of translating it, I'd rather go for a explaining translation, rather than a literal.

No, I mean the whole video, not just the speech. I'm sure it was once translated.

Hm. Is there a word for "transcribe"? That would be even better, IMO. "Transcribers sentences" explains what this text is.
