Duly noted. I must have assumed it was from KGT because of the quote.
I'm always surprised at the unexpected vocabulary in TKD: e.g. {nIvnav} pajamas, {mavjop} paper clip, {quHvaj} dandruff, {ngav} writer's cramp, {ghItlh} manuscript.
