A number of people have asked me about making the data and/or source
code available for boQwI', my Klingon program for Android.
After discussions with various people about possible issues with
releasing it, I have now done so (under the Apache License 2.0).
Those of you who have requested this program for other devices, feel
free to adapt the source code and data as you see fit. Also, if you
have Android programming experience and want to contribute to the
code, please do so as well. Maybe you want to add a flashcard
functionality, prefix/suffix charts, text-to-speech, or other
features.
