I had to deal with the supernatural to an extent in the Rime of the Ancient=
Mariner=2C but not to a degree that required me to press outside the bound=
aries of the vocabulary we have.
The problem with conceptions of the supernatural is that they differ so wid=
ely from culture to culture even on Earth=2C and Klingon conceptions of wha=
t magic is may not match with ours at all. They may view magic as the manif=
estation of some other power=2C maybe as possession by HoSDo'=2C maybe as t=
he power of one's spirit (qa' HoS) or the spirit of someone else (qeylIS Ho=
S=2C veqlargh HoS)=2C or such.
In practice=2C that's what I've gone with the few times I've had to talk ab=
out magic in Klingon=3B I've just riffed on things like HoS Huj "strange po=
wers"=2C and talked a lot about qa'pu'=2C HoSDo'=2C and nIyma'mey.
