The archive process was changed a couple of years ago to close a spammable hole. It has been ignoring all messages not sent "To:" the specific address tlhingan-hol@kli.org, but the list manager software was changed recently. It sends out everything it receives at either that address or the @stodi.digitalkingdom.org one, but it tends to encourage responses to an address that didn't get archived.
A quick fix has been applied and now both addresses will be accepted. Cc'd messages won't necessarily be archived; that still has to be corrected.
No list mail has been lost. The archives will eventually be backfilled with everything that is missing.
