Used in canon:

Go mate with your targ! PK (punctuation added)
SuStel once translated {yIruch} as "Go for it!" I've also seen it used for Picard's catchphrase "Make it so!"

Don't confuse {ruch} with {ghoS} "proceed, follow a course, approach".
