AFAIK never used in a sentence.
ghe'naQ nIt grand opera
KGT 73: the traditional style, sometimes called {ghe'naQ nIt} (perhaps "grand opera", though literally something like "unsullied opera") is preferred by purists.
Culinary notes:
KGT 85: Klingons tend to be quite enthusiastic about {yuch} (chocolate), at least in its purest forms.
PUN:
"neat" (WRT to alcoholic beverages)
Related verbs:
watlh be pure
baQ be fresh, be just picked
tlhol be raw, be unprocessed
qal be corrupt (possible antonym?)
