Looks like an English text in Skybox pIqaD. Look at the first word of this text, "The": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Klingon-text-sample_2.JPG
If you look at the document in the video (which I see at about 1:01), you see this sequence of symbols appear several times (I count at least four).

Browsing Amazon I came upon this trailer for an upcoming book marking
the 150th anniversary of the UFP.

Around time stamp 1:15 is a page of Klingon text.
It's clearly not the accepted system that we use, but does it line up
with any other known system; like the one from the SkyBox cards?
Or does anybody recognize it as a page from a prop?
