As others have pointed out, it's really idiomatic as stated, and there =
is no equivalent idiom in Klingon. You can point toward the meaning with =
something like {peSaHchuqchu'} or {peQorghchuqchu'}. It's a stretch that =
only works if you consider "be excellent to" to be roughly equivalent to =
"care for" or "care about".
It's all a little touchy-feely for the language, but I'm not sure the =
language lacks scope to touch on this meaning.
