{ngugh} should work for {-DI'}. -pa', -taH-vIS and -meH are trickier, though. I'd probably go with using something like {qaS[pa'/taHvIS/meH]}. May br cases where that wouldn't work, though.

Yes, it works for {-mo'}. I think that's what I ended up saying.  However, it doesn't work for other suffixes, like {-DI'}.
