I am ter'eS, the Beginner's Grammarian. Although this isn't strictly a gram=
mar question, you call yourself a beginner, so I'll respond.
The KLCP tests are only administered at the annual KLI conference, the qep'=
a'. The next qep'a' is this August, in Chicago. If you peruse the archives =
of this list, you should be able to find details about the qep'a' (look for=
posts from our fearless leader, Lawrence). If you are attending the qep'a'=
and want to take the test, you probably let Lawrence know when you registe=
r.
