Never used in a sentence.
N.B. Spelled {naHjej} in the text of KGT:
KGT 88: a thistle (a flower with dangerously sharp leaves) is a {naHjej} (literally, "sharp fruit")
Cf. also {naHlet} "nut" discussed on the same page:
KGT 88: Any nut (a fruit with a hard shell) is called a {naHlet} (literally, "hard fruit") ...
For thorn, use {DuQwI'Hom} "(small) spike"?
