Never used in a sentence.

N.B. Spelled {naHjej} in the text of KGT:

KGT 88:  a thistle (a flower with dangerously sharp leaves) is a {naHjej} (literally, "sharp fruit")

Cf. also {naHlet} "nut" discussed on the same page:

KGT 88:  Any nut (a fruit with a hard shell) is called a {naHlet} (literally, "hard fruit") ...

For thorn, use {DuQwI'Hom} "(small) spike"?
