Good question. Our example from the BoP Poster is:
nISwI': cha' chang'engmey (telDaq lujomlu', nItebHa' lubaHlu')
Disruptor - 2 Pairs (Wing Mounted, Fire Linked)
So, Valeris could say succinctly (i.e. Vulcan style):
tlham DaS: cha' chang'engmey.
Gravity boots: two pairs.
