This is the first I hear of it, but here's what Wikipedia has to say:
"Because of the low print runs, Decipher was able to include some special f=
eatures on the cards, including metallic ink, UV-light sensitive ink, bette=
r color saturation, artwork bleeding onto the card border, and even a card =
(Qapla'!) printed entirely in Klingon (the design for which is markedly dif=
ferent from every other card in the game)."

This would appear to bea picture of it:
http://www.wixiban.com/images/ccg1e/fajo/1EFAJ007.jpg
It's an Interrupt card (qaghwI'). The first part is just proverbs, but the =
second reads:
DuHIvchugh ghol vaj qaStaHvIS may'vetlh HoSDaq ghob luchel quv ghajbogh tlh=
Inganpu'lI'. [vI'be']
Here's an English translation I've seen in several places obline (not sure =
where they got it from, but it would appear to be from the Fajo deck's rule=
book):
-If an opponent attacks you, during that battle your Klingons with Honor ad=
d INTEGRITY to STRENGTH. (Not cumulative.)
No idea who translated it.
Mostly accurate, but even if canon doesn't reveal anything too exciting (ex=
cept perhaps confirming that one can ghaj honor... =A0...and perhaps speaki=
ng of quv in the plural (individual honor?), but I'm guessing it's more a m=
atter of an unintentionally omitted lu-prefix).
Anyhow, canon or not, kudos to the people behind this game for getting some=
body to do a proper translation, rather than taking the easy way out and wr=
iting a bunch of rubbish. Qapla'!

Subject: [Tlhingan-hol] CCG-Cards in Klingon
Hi,
somebody told me on facebook that there are cards from the Star Trek Costum=
izable Card Game (CCG) that are completely in Klingon. I have never heard o=
f that, I only know of the Skybox cards. Does anyone know more about this?
Lieven.
