As I see it, the whole area inside the bottle would be a QemjIq, but arguably, its mouth (qa'rI'?) is a qung between the QemjIq Hur and QemjIq qoD.

How about QemjIq as the mouth of a bottle? Topologically it's not much different from the soundhole of a musical instrument with a soundbox.
