You have apparently misread lines 5-6 of the Klingon:
{...chaHvaD
nIb yan wIjwI' jan je}
"They don't know how to distinguish
A sword from a plough!"
The phrase used for "plough" is {wIjwI' jan}, literally "farmer's device".
