jIQoch jIH. TBH it sounds to me like exactly what a Klingon who's never
seen or used scissors or shears would describe it as. An ordinary pe'wI'
to a Klingon would surely be a taj, yan, 'etlh, 'obmaQ, or any of the
zillion other words for cutting implements, all of which  (except the two-
headed axe, the jey'naS) have only a single blade.

Personally I like cha''etlh pe'wI'; I think the fact that scissors have
two blades would indeed be the single most striking feature to Klingons.
