I make use of a mail filter that separates out the important Klingon Mailing List correspondence from my regular correspondence. Since the changeover to the new server, about a fifth of the incoming emails arrive in my inbox instead, despite obviously arriving from the same source as the other 80%.
Not sure if it helps, but every reported symptom might help you to narrow down the cause.
