I find Su'ghar qutmey really surprising; I'd've expected a Klingon word referring to sugars in general. Of course, the sugar we have in our kitchen is a fairly specific product which Klingons probably don't use; guess that's why they took the English word.

I might recommend *'a'nanaS or the like, since similar words are used in a lot of Earth languages:
