I found the problem.
The progam is looking for D:\data\sources\205source\FD\FD22.PNG
On the CD that file has a space. "fd22 .png"
I also found that if you click Ignore and then click on the pear again it will play the correct
sound file, it just doesn't update the text.
I already emailed that Liz lady mentioned below.

A couple of y'all had said that the word "pear" was causing problems on the CD-ROM.
I also had problems with "plum" and some of the times.
I reported the issue to EuroTalk via Twitter and they've asked that anyone else with the
problem follow up with Liz at liz@eurotalk.com .
