I thought KGT basically said that the idea most Klingon food is eaten raw
was a bit of a myth, and that it's more that they're just quite happy to
eat food that is raw? At any rate, KGT notes that the food {tlhombuS} is
basically a lump of fat coated in herbed granulated cartilage and grain
and quickly deep-fried, so Klingons do do fried food of some sorts.
