I think I like Lawrence's method of giving them a small handful of 
the most useful prefixes and having them work with those until they 
know them, then add more.

'cause of course the best way to organize them is to open your mouth 
and have the right one come out. In my experience that only comes 
from using them in the real situations they need to be used. Until 
you have enough Klingonists for an orgy, you don't need the bottom 
right quadrant of p. 33 TKD chart.

I do recommend giving them just one chart, though, and when you give 
the initial preixes, put them in an otherwise blank chart. Visually 
remembering where they were in the chart helped me when I still had 
to mentally look them up.
