Going to the main page of the KLI, the entries that immediately stand out are:-

- About Klingon: the Klingon phrases (it would be magnificent to have the equivalent of a Rough Guide to tlhIngan Hol to hand on mobiles, with pronunciation, particularly for newbies at qep'a'mey)

- Currently, you have the email server. Suppose you also set up a discussion forum a la Shadownessence, xkcd et al, for KLI members and non-members alike?

- A fully-updated list of new tlhIngan Hol words, for the next time someone comes along and hears a word not in TKD. Never feel left out in the dark again!

- Signing up for KLI membership. You can purchase membership online now. Click of a button. Secure servers. Encrypted transactions - ghe'tor, you could even look into microfinancing and paying the monthly membership fee from out of the credits you pay into your mobile phone.

- The Sounds of Klingon. How about letting the Klingonists submit Klingon words pronounced in their own voice, for the KLI to sample and put up on their website? Guest speakers welcome to contribute - whom could you rope in to speak a few words of tlhIngan Hol for the site?

I know this all sounds ambitious, but if you could do this, and get some solid graphics for the pages of the site to make it look more punchy, more of a warrior's site, you could make this work.
