Likely this has been asked and answered already in the previous questions about the
certification tests, but if so then I missed it, so please indulge my asking again.
At last, I'm going to be attending qep'a' this year. Should I express my interest
in taking one of the tests before qep'a', or are certification tests available at
qep'a' as a matter of course?
