Aha!  I guess I'm not up on my {mu'mey ghoQ}.

Although lacking in slangi-ness, you can call yourself {qoH Soy'/yepHa' jay'!} "%$#& clumsy/careless fool!"  

OTOH *{Soy'pu'ghach} works nicely in Klingon for a one-time act of clumsiness and *{Soy'wI'} is perfect for "klutz, schlemiel".
