While you have Marc Okrand's ear, it would be useful to get a decision on the
persistent controversy of cases of letters:-
  (1) that bane of easy legibility, i/I/l (uppercase india / lowercase lima).
  (2) a completely all-the-same-case mode for such media as Morse that have
only one case of letters and no apostrophe code (and perhaps also for
all-uppercase headings etc).
