It is not available because geocities closed down in October of 2009. However, over 800,000 geocities sites were preserved by a pretty amazing guy who archived a huge number of geocities websites.
If you know the URL of a site simply change the G in "geocities" to an R to make it "reocities". If it is a page that got archived by this guy it will show up, as this one does:
http://www.reocities.com/athens/8853/
