In Team America: World Police, the villains of the show (parodies of various Hollywood stars such as George Clooney, Susan Sarandon and Maaat Daaamooon) yelled "Qapla'!" at one point in the film.
Now anyone who just watched the movie takes pains to come over and tell me at great length about the "Qapla'!" moment they just saw.
