Yes, Kings and Queens abound in Wonderland. Evidently it has several  
jurisdictions.

(In Anna Matlack Richards' 1895 "A New Alice in the Old Wonderland" --  
an excellent read which I am re-publishing this month -- she  
explicitly refers to various castles and so on.

OK, so Wonderland perhaps is a "chaotic monarchy".
