TKD p28:
"This suffix indicates that the noun to which it is attached is in some way the beneficiary of the
ACTION, the person or thing for whom or for which the ACTIVITY occurs." (emphasis mine)
Beneficiary of the action/activity, ie verb, not another noun.
The "message for Kruge" was spoken not by a teacher in a language classroom, but by military
personnel in a battle ready environment, in which we know it is common to use shortened,
abbrieviated, clipped sentences; which actually I'm sure occurs in any language.
