This is to the list in general, but more specifically to Mr. Everson.
With the upcoming creation of non-Latin domain names, is there any
reason we would want URLs to be pIqaD friendly?
I don't actually forsee anyone approving such a thing, just wondering
what we would do with it if we got it.
And if we would even want it.
